Test resultsProduced from the Baga variety, the grapes are picked at the ideal state of maturation and then fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature and aged for six months on fine lees and subjected to regular batonnage.
After a second fermentation it takes on a pinkish colour with a salmon hue with a fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is fresh with flowery wild berry notes. The sensation in the mouth is one of creamy mousse with a live and balanced acidity.
